Any person employed in an executive, professional, managerial or administrative capacity in local government or employed by other urban management agencies which provide services to local communities.
Associate/Student

Any person interested in professional self-development and the advancement of urban public management and not otherwise eligible for full membership. This category includes students enrolled in colleges and universities who are not currently employed in a full-time government position.
Corporate/Department
$150/$500
Any organization/department electing to sponsor five individual UMAST full memberships for persons selected by the sponsor are offered a rate of $150. An option of sponsoring 20 full memberships is also available at a rate of $500. Submit an application for each individual.
